Welcome to ZeeDrive. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of zeedrive.co.uk and our driving tuition services in Oxford, England. By booking a lesson or service with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Driving Tuition & Bookings

All driving lessons are delivered by qualified, DVSA-approved driving instructors.

Lesson prices are as displayed on our official pricing page and are subject to change with prior notice.

All bookings and preferred timeslots are subject to instructor availability across our Oxford coverage areas.
2. Payments & Cancellation Policy

Advance Payment: Full payment must be made in advance of all scheduled driving lessons.

24-Hour Notice: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule any lesson.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel or modify a booking with less than 24 hours' notice, the full lesson fee will be charged, or the lesson hour will be forfeited from your block booking.
3. Safety & Termination of Services

Instructors reserve the right to refuse or terminate a lesson immediately if a student displays unsafe driving behavior, aggressive conduct, or appears unfit to drive due to alcohol, drugs, or medical conditions.

In such cases, the full lesson fee remains non-refundable.
4. Liability

ZeeDrive and its instructors are not liable for road accidents, damages, or traffic violations occurring during lessons if caused by student negligence or deliberate failure to follow instructor guidance.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
